Client Support Executive

We are a fast-growing Financial Technology company looking for talented people to join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual who would be excited to have the opportunity of growing with us by joining our Client Support desk.

Responsibilities will include

  • Provision of customer support: meeting the needs of existing clients either by answering questions directly or passing queries through to the operations and compliance teams.
  • Onboarding new clients: conduct initial screening and video interviews with new clients to assess their suitability for our services.
  • Communication across the business: ongoing communication with Marketing and other areas of the business to convey client issues and sentiments.
  • Problem-solving: resolve client related issues with the help of the other members of the Currenxie team.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Problem solving skills: candidate will be required to demonstrate the ability to autonomously solve problems as new processes, products and markets are introduced to the platform.
  • Ability to take responsibility: candidate needs to have a personality type that embraces taking full responsibility for their designated area of work in order to reduce burden on other areas of the business.
  • Work ethic: enthusiastic, motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Interpersonal skills: personable, approachable, positive and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a diverse mix of clients and staff.
  • Workflow management: ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines.

Experience

  • University Degree
  • Two year previous experience in either finance or customer relations an advantage

  • Holidays: 12 - 16 days per annum in addition to all public and statutory holidays
  • Work Hours: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Location: Manulife Financial Centre, Kwun Tong – relocating to Taikoo in August.
