Responsibilities will include
- Provision of customer support: meeting the needs of existing clients either by answering questions directly or passing queries through to the operations and compliance teams.
- Onboarding new clients: conduct initial screening and video interviews with new clients to assess their suitability for our services.
- Communication across the business: ongoing communication with Marketing and other areas of the business to convey client issues and sentiments.
- Problem-solving: resolve client related issues with the help of the other members of the Currenxie team.
