HR Manager

Currenxie is a leading Hong Kong Financial Technology company seeking a talented human resource professional to join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual who would be excited to have the opportunity to grow with us in the role of HR Manager. You will work among an international team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities will include

  • Recruitment: assisting with the ongoing recruitment of new team members across the business.
  • HR Management: managing all HR aspects of the current team including payroll, MPF and annual employer returns.
  • Culture: actively promote and nurture the company culture and be the main point person and liaison for all staff.
  • Development: implementing HR processes including the development of a staff handbook.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to take responsibility: candidate needs to have a personality type that embraces taking full responsibility for designated area of work in order to reduce burden on other areas of the business
  • Work ethic: enthusiastic, motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Interpersonal skills: personable, approachable, and positive with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a diverse mix of clients and staff.
  • Workflow management: ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines.

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a human resource role.

  • Holidays: 16 days per annum in addition to all public and statutory holidays.
  • Work Hours: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Manulife Financial Centre, Kwun Tong – relocating to Taikoo in August.
